Day 1 : Welcome to Egypt!
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your accommodations at the Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano.
Day 2 : Alexandria day trip (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will explore the fascinating city of Alexandria with a private guide. Highlights include the secret catacombs of Kom El Shogafa, the Roman-era Pompey's Pillar, the Montazah Palace Gardens, and the shimmering Bibliotheca Alexandria.
Day 3 : El Fayoum
You will then retreat to Lazib Inn, a newly minted and relatively unknown establishment within the lush Fayoum oasis just outside of Cairo. Its delicious cuisine, endless wine cellars, sumptuous Turkish bath, and manicured gardens are the definition of luxury in the desert and offer a lovely reprieve overlooking the world's oldest nature reserve, Lake Qaroun.
Day 4 : Spend today exploring at your leisure (B)
Whether embarking on a discovery of majestic Fayoum or simply escaping from bustling Cairo, Lazib Inn is the perfect base from which to fulfill any Egyptian adventure.
Fayoum is Egypt’s oldest city and one of the most ancient in all of Africa, and it offers up an incredible array of shimmering sand flats, pristine desert, rich archaeological sites, and plenteous fossil remains.
Day 5 : Today you will fly to Cairo to explore the heart of Egyptian culture (B/L)
Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met by your driver and transferred to your accommodations at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence.

Day 6: Giza Pyramids & Insider's Sphinx Tour
After breakfast this morning, you will meet your English-speaking Egyptologist guide for your full-day tour of the best of Cairo: the Great Pyramids of Giza, the mysterious Sphinx, and the ancient capital of Memphis alongside the burial grounds at Sakkara.
Day 7 : Cairo day trip (B)
Today, set out with your Egyptologist guide and enjoy a fabulous tour of Cairo’s history and culture at the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. View the golden coffin and mask of King Tut along with many other artifacts from his tomb.
After your museum tour, you will be treated to a shopping afternoon at the famed Khan el Khalili Marketplace, Egypt’s oldest and most lively place to enjoy color, bargains, and people.
Day 8: Transfer today to Luxor (B)
Luxor, where the ancient traces of the pharaohs are still evident. Upon landing in Luxor, you will be met and taken to the West Bank of the Nile. This area is known as the Valley of the Kings, where 62 pharaohs are entombed in rock-cut tombs.
Continue on to the Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor, where Agatha Christie penned her novel Death on the Nile.
Day 9: Explore Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor (B)
Today, you will visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor with your private guide.
Day 10 : Transferred to Aswan (B/L)
This morning after breakfast you will be transferred by private car to Aswan, another Nile-side locale. On the way, stop at Kom Ombo to visit the dual temple of crocodile-headed gods Sobek and Haroeris. Then continue to the Sofitel Old Cataract Hotel.
Day 11: Sail by Felucca (B)
After breakfast, set out on a private tour of the High Dam and the Temple of Philae.
This afternoon, sail by felucca around Elephantine Kitchener’s island. The botanical garden island is rich in plants that were imported from all over the world.
Day 12: Bid farewell to Egypt
This morning You will be met at the hotel and transferred to the airport for your return flight onward.
